Our Organic Community Garden provides an opportunity for community members to cultivate the soil and connect with other gardeners amidst the picturesque backdrop of Stony Kill Farm. Plots measure 20’ x 20’ and are rented for $50/plot for the season, which runs from from March 1 through February 28 of the following year. Gardeners must abide by the guidelines in the Community Garden Handbook.

New Gardeners – Due to overwhelming interest, a very limited number of garden plots become available to new gardeners each year. Plots for new gardeners are assigned through a random lottery held at the beginning of the year. The lottery sign-up period for the 2025 season will open January 23 and close on February 28. Please note that we receive significantly more applicants than there are garden plots available, and a limited number of new garden plots become available each year. The waiting list for these plots is assigned through the lottery. If a plot becomes available (typically between Feb-May), we will select a name from the lottery sign-up at random and let that new gardener know.
