2024 was a year like no other. Our festivals and events saw record-breaking attendance, our camp sessions, field trips and programs were filled to capacity, our animals and 4-H kids did exceptionally well at the Dutchess County Fair, and all of that is just the tiniest tip of the iceberg. None of this would be possible without friends of the farm like you. On behalf of everyone at Stony Kill, thank you so incredibly much.

As we look towards 2025, there are many exciting things on the horizon in addition to the programs and events that we all know and love. Some of our new endeavors include:

• A long-awaited barnyard renovation that includes an accessible walkway for visitors to get up close with our livestock!
• Adult education workshops on topics like backyard poultry, seed saving, soapmaking and more!
• Expanding our fiber craft offerings using wool sourced from our very own sheep
• Growing our heritage breed flocks of poultry, and herds of sheep and Milking Devon cows

We need your help to make all this happen! Your donation will play a critical role in helping Stony Kill reach our fundraising goal of $40,000.

In an organization like ours, every dollar counts. For example, $50 would cover the cost of sheep and poultry feed for a week; $100 would cover the cost of the vet to make a farm visit; $250 would pay for an additional beehive to expand our apiary and beekeeping program, and $500 helps us to hay our fields each summer, providing our cows and sheep with winter grain.
