What is the Waitlist?
Campers on the waitlist for Summer Explorers are in line to be offered any spots that may become available through any variety of circumstances.
The waitlist is held in numerical order based on when the waitlist registration was received. Spots that become available will be offered to the camper that is first on the waitlist at that time. The order the waitlist registration was received is the only factor that indicates when a spot may be offered. There is no priority for members, local residents, or returning campers at this time.
Due to the nature of the waitlist, we have no ability to estimate if or when your camper may be moved off of the waitlist.
How will I know if I’m moved off of the waitlist?
Families will receive an email to the address registered on the Cogran profile if a spot becomes available in the program. Once this email is received, you will be able to see the available spot on Cogran under the “My Calendar, payments due, documents required” page on the menu.
How can I pay for my waitlist spot?
Participants who wish to pay for the waitlist via check can follow these details. The spot will be confirmed once we receive the check and register your payment within the system.
Participants who wish to pay via card can enter card details in the provided spot. Please email our Program Director, Sinead at sinead@stonykill.org if you wish to utilize any available discount on this registration payment, including Family Membership discounts.
