Stony Kill Foundation offers public programs for all interests, ages, and experience levels to take advantage of all Stony Kill Farm has to offer. These programs span a wide range of topics and disciplines that allow our community to explore agricultural, environmental, and historical topics.

Small Flock Lambing 101
Saturday, March 21 | 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
all ages | $10 per person
Join us for a hands-on learning experience where you’ll follow the lambing journey — from breeding decisions to the birth of healthy lambs. Led by Weekend Livestock Caretaker, Cameron Laird, this class covers nutrition, pregnancy management, lambing preparation, recognizing signs of labor, assisting when needed, and post-lambing care for both ewe and lamb. Participants will also spend a short time in the barnyard with our ewes and lambs and leave with a sample of Stony Kill Tunis wool.
Please review our cancellation policy prior to registration.
We are scheduling more programs often, so be sure to check back for more, or sign up for our E-Newsletter and follow our social media pages for future updates!
We are always interested in new ideas for workshops and presenter recommendations. Share any requests and proposals for future workshops to programdirector@stonykill.org
