Saturdays 9am from September 25 – October 23

Join us for Qigong, a moving meditation coordinating slow flowing exercises following the Chinese 5 Element theory. All are welcome, no experience necessary. Starting 9/25 through 10/23 on the grass by the Manor House and perennial garden.

Our instructor Felicia Ballos is a dedicated practitioner of Chinese internal and healing arts and is excited to connect this practice to the beauty of Stonykill and its community.
